Stretch of Playa Sábalo, in the northern part of Mazatlán's Zona Dorada, along Avenida Camarón Sábalo and lined with hotels and condominiums. Playa Sábalo is a long strip of sand that follows the avenue to the marina breakwater, open sea with generally moderate surf, stronger in some spots. Offshore you can see the islands of Venados, Pájaros and Lobos. It is an area for water sports such as jet skis, banana boats and parasailing, and for boat fishing.
