Stretch of Mazatlán's northern coast between the marina entrance and Punta Cerritos, along Avenida Sábalo Cerritos. It is a long, open beach beyond the Zona Dorada, with hotels and condominiums on the land side. To the north it continues to the Brujas and Cerritos beaches, popular with surfers and anglers. Along this stretch the surf varies from calm to strong, and there are currents.
