Northern stretch of Playa Sábalo, at the end of Mazatlán's Zona Dorada, along Avenida Camarón Sábalo. Farther north is the breakwater at the marina entrance. Playa Sábalo is a long strip of sand lined with hotels and condominiums, open sea with generally moderate surf, stronger in some spots. Offshore you can see the islands of Venados, Pájaros and Lobos. It is an area for water sports such as jet skis, banana boats and parasailing.
