What data is processed

Playas Hoy has no sign-up, no first-party cookies and no analytics. When you visit the site, the hosting service automatically logs technical data about each request:

• IP address;
• date and time of the request;
• requested page;
• browser and operating system type;
• referring page, when your browser sends it.

Contact form

If you write to us through the contact form, the name, email, subject and message you send are processed. The message reaches the GTM Labs mailbox by email and is kept there only as long as needed to handle your request. It is not stored in any database of the site.

Location

The “Near me” button asks your browser for permission to use your location. If you grant it, the location is used only on your device to sort beaches by distance: it is not sent to Playas Hoy or stored.

Clicks on links to partner sites

When you click a link that leads to a partner site, such as an accommodation booking site, Playas Hoy counts that click anonymously: it stores only the date and time, the page of the site where the link was and the link address. It does not store your IP address, your browser or any data that identifies you, and it uses no cookies for this. The count is stored in a Playas Hoy database at Supabase, Inc., in the United States of America, and is used only to know how many visits each page sends to those sites.

Sensitive data

GTM Labs does not process sensitive personal data.

What it is used for

This data is used only to deliver the pages you request, keep the site secure, prevent abuse, diagnose technical faults and reply to messages sent through the contact form. These purposes are necessary for the site to work.

There are no secondary purposes: the data is not used for advertising, marketing or visitor profiling.

Who else processes it

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., in the United States of America, which processes the technical logs on behalf of GTM Labs as a processor. Messages from the contact form are sent through Resend, Inc., also in the United States of America and also as a processor. This does not require your consent.

GTM Labs does not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Playas Hoy does not use cookies, web beacons or other tracking technologies that identify or follow visitors; the anonymous click count described above identifies no one. If this changes, this notice will be updated before the change and, where the law requires it, your consent will be requested.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or cancel your data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and revoke your consent, by writing to gtmlabs@gtmlabs.com.br.

Your request must include your name and a way to reply to you; a document proving your identity or, where applicable, that of your representative; the data or right concerned; and anything that helps locate the records, such as the date, time and IP address of the visit.

GTM Labs will reply within 20 business days of receiving your request.

Any change will be published on this page, with the date of the latest update.
