Beach at the northern end of Mazatlán's tourist strip, beyond the Zona Dorada. It runs from the marina entrance north to Punta Cerritos, a rocky point, past hotels and condominiums. Its surf varies from calm to strong, and there are currents. It is about a 20-minute drive from downtown. Families and surfers use it, and it is a spot for shore fishing.
