Public beach at the northern end of Playa del Carmen, in the Nicte-Ha neighborhood, reached via Calle Constructores from Quinta Avenida. Its distinctive feature is an open cenote: a freshwater spring that flows out across the sand and forms a shallow pool before reaching the sea. The sea in front of it is usually calm and shallow. It is popular with families and city residents, especially on weekends.
