Small sheltered bay with generally calm water, west of Playa Principal in Puerto Escondido, with two beaches separated by rocks: Puerto Angelito to the west and Manzanillo to the east, linked by a path along the water. It is reached by stairs from the street, along the walkway from Playa Principal, or by boat. It is visited mainly by Mexican families and by people who come to snorkel close to shore.
