Open-sea beach at the western end of Puerto Escondido, the westernmost of the town's beaches, about 4 km from the main bay. It is a wide golden-sand beach at the foot of tall rock walls covered in vegetation, and people come to walk or run along the shore. Its surf ranges from moderate to strong, with rip currents at the western end.
