The beach of the resort town of Rincón de Guayabitos, in the municipality of Compostela, with about two kilometers of beachfront. It is part of Jaltemba Bay, together with Los Ayala to the south and La Peñita de Jaltemba to the north. Its waves are usually gentle. It is a traditional destination for families from the region, with many small cabins and bungalows. Isla del Coral lies off the bay, and pangas leave from the beach to reach it; whale-watching trips are also offered in season.
