The beach of the small fishing village of Los Ayala, in the municipality of Compostela, about 72 km north of Puerto Vallarta. It is the southernmost town on Jaltemba Bay, which it shares with Rincón de Guayabitos and La Peñita de Jaltemba, at the foot of the Sierra de Vallejo. The beach has about a kilometer of sand between cliffs and rock formations used for snorkeling. Its waves are usually calm. Pangas leave from here for Isla del Coral and Isla Cangrejo.
