A beach at the far west end of the Punta de Mita beach, in the village of Corral del Risco, municipality of Bahía de Banderas, at the northern tip of Banderas Bay. It is known for its right-hand point break over a rock bottom, one of the longest rides in the bay, favored especially by longboarders. It is the most accessible surf spot in the area, with surf schools and restaurants along Avenida El Anclote. Boats leave Punta de Mita for the Islas Marietas, about 15 minutes away.
