Public urban beach in Ensenada, south of downtown, on Bahía de Todos Santos. It runs along the Bulevar Costero, near the Malecón, and is the most accessible and busiest beach in the city: locals and visitors use it for walks, exercise and ocean views. Being inside the bay, its waters are usually calm, though it occasionally has waves for surfing.
