Beach on the island of El Maviri, in the municipality of Ahome, about 10 km from Topolobampo and 25 km from Los Mochis. The island lies between Topolobampo Bay and the Sea of Cortés and is reached by road and a bridge over estuaries and mangroves; next to the bridge is the Cueva del Murciélago, a bat roost. Its surf is generally calm. It has sand dunes used by off-road vehicles, and food palapas along the beach.
