A beach at the northern end of Matanchén Bay, south of San Blas, made up of small coves of gray sand separated by large rocks. Its waves are moderate. It is one of the best-known surf spots in Nayarit: the Matanchén and Las Islitas wave was once listed by Guinness as the world's longest. At the end of the beach is Stoner's, a point break for more experienced surfers. Seafood enramadas line the shore.
