Urban beach in the Playas de Tijuana borough, at the northwestern tip of the municipality, less than 2 km south of the US border line, where the border fence runs into the sea. The Malecón de Playas runs alongside the sand, and the Faro de Playas lighthouse and the Plaza Monumental bullring are nearby. It is open Pacific ocean, used by surfers and bodyboarders.
