Stretch of city beach along the La Paz malecón, downtown, between Malecón I and Malecón III. The sand lies between the promenade and the Ensenada de La Paz, sheltered from the open sea by the El Mogote sandbar. It is part of the waterfront where locals walk, run and watch the sunset over the bay.
