Long golden-sand beach with stretches of rock and pebbles, a few minutes from downtown Lázaro Cárdenas, next to Playa Jardín, with which it forms a strip of seafood eateries. Sources differ on its surf: some describe it as calm to moderate, others as strong and steady. It is the local beach for city residents and families. It is named after Eréndira, a P'urhépecha figure of Michoacán tradition.
