Beach at the northern entrance of Bahía Concepción, south of Mulegé, the first beach on the bay you see from Federal Highway 1 coming from the north. It is sheltered from the open sea, with shallow, calm water, and has mangroves at one end that hide small hot spring pools. Direct access from the highway makes it one of the most used camping beaches in Baja California Sur, especially by RV travelers.
